Over  the  course  of  the  last   eight years,  there  have  been  several  opportunities  for  us  to  work  on  developing  targeted  investment  initiatives  from  the  establishment  of  ethanol  plant  to  the  conceptualization  of  industrial  parks.  These  are  entrepreneurial  aspirations  meant  for  Nigeria  and  the  feasibilities  looked  quite  great.  Thus  a  new  vista  was  opened  for  the  need  to  have  an  agency  that  helped  fleshed  out  feasible  and  bankable  business  ideas  that  could  attract the  interest  and  attention  of  promoters, financiers  and  their  off  takers .

Collaboration   with   Habitat   Development   Centre (HDC)  was thus  established. HDC   features  several  projects  that  have  been  profiled – their  business  cases  having  been  documented  awaiting  a  comprehensive  investment  analysis  by  willing  and  interested  stakeholders.  I  have  been  highly  privileged  to  work  with  this  team.
